Time Solution was born from frustration. Our founders had spent years in HR at fast-growing companies, manually processing payroll, tracking attendance in Google Sheets, and managing leave requests via email. It was painful, error-prone, and took time away from strategic work.
In 2020, we decided to build the HR platform we always wanted - one that's intuitive, powerful, and actually saves time. We started with just three people and a mission to transform how companies manage their workforce.
