Subscription pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
If you use a free trial, your payment method will be stored for future charges unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Continued use after the trial period constitutes acceptance of charges.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
If you have a dispute with Time Solution, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at legal@Time Solution.io. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Time Solution regarding the Services.
